We primarily work with homeowners looking to sell quickly and avoid the traditional market. Our agents meet directly with homeowners, understand their motivation, and guide them to the best solution, whether that’s a cash offer or listing traditionally.

At MSRE, agents receive up to 15 pre-qualified appointments each month with no cold calling or prospecting. Best-in-class training and proven systems accelerate ramp time and production from day one. What You’ll Receive

• Up to 15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly from our inside sales team
• Best-in-class training, systems, and processes to get you producing quickly and consistently
• 1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales for accountability, strategy, and growth
• AI-powered Closing Command Center for fast, accurate pricing and market positioning
• Dedicated support for listing prep, signage, and professional photography coordination
• No desk, training, tech, or lead fees. Low, predictable out-of-pocket costs
• Full transaction and administrative support from contract to close

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience required
• Willingness and ability to frequently travel within a defined service area
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
