Calling School Psychologists, LPs & LPAs Ready for More Impact
SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care of North Carolina is a clinically led organization seeking Licensed Psychologists (LPs), Licensed Psychological Associates (LPAs), and school psychologists eligible for LPA licensure who want to move beyond assessment-only roles and make lasting clinical impact.
In this role, LPs and LPAs function as behavior analysts under North Carolina regulations, leading ABA treatment for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll collaborate directly with children, 1:1 therapists, and caregivers to design treatment plans, reduce challenging behaviors, and build meaningful, life-changing skills.
This opportunity is ideal for school psychologists who feel limited by a test-and-place model and want greater autonomy, clinical leadership, and fulfillment.
Why Clinicians Choose SpringHealth
Greater clinical impact through direct treatment leadership
Increased autonomy, professional growth, and leadership development
Competitive clinical compensation with bonus opportunities
Eligibility for North Carolina state loan repayment programs in qualifying service areas
Deeper fulfillment through long-term relationships and visible progress
As a clinically led organization, SpringHealth prioritizes clinical quality, respects your expertise, and provides strong support from experienced clinicians at every level.
