Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Sikeston, Missouri who wants meaningful patient relationships, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a close-knit rural community.

You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on providing therapy and mental health services in a supportive, team-based environment. You’ll enjoy a manageable patient volume, full clinical support, and the opportunity to occasionally support a nearby clinic when needed.

You’ll practice in Sikeston, Missouri, a welcoming community in southeast Missouri known for its rural charm, agricultural heritage, and convenient location near the Mississippi River.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience
• Sign-on bonus potential
