Oak Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health, safety, and educational success of students with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Special Education School Program.

As a Classroom LPN, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving students' health and well-being through direct nursing care, health monitoring, treatment implementation, and collaboration with educational staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Special Education Classroom
Location: Hartford, CT
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $30-$34/hr. (Based on licensed nursing experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000
Full-Time | Union | Non-Exempt
Oak Hill School’s Classroom LPNs assist in maintaining the health and well-being of students by monitoring health conditions, administering treatments, implementing healthcare plans, and ensuring students can safely participate in educational activities. Working under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor and in partnership with Special Education Teachers and classroom staff, the LPN supports both the medical and educational needs of students throughout the school day.
