We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family practice clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages while supporting providers and maintaining efficient clinic operations

Purpose
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunities for Saturday and evening clinics.

Qualifications

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN Training and Certification process.

Licensure / Certification

• Currently certified by Licensed Practical Nurse accredited certifying organization.

Experience

• Entry level; previous medical assistant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred.
