The Licensed Practical Nurse performs specific, supportive nursing services, patient care, and assists nursing personnel under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. Must be self-efficient in dealing with decision-making. Must be able to respond appropriately to negative feedback.
Education Required Current State of Wisconsin Licensure as a Practical Nurse
Credential/Licensure Required Is currently licensed or able to become licensed to practice as an LPN in Wisconsin; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Shift: Flexible shifts and hours with rotating weekends and holidays. Shifts are: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. There is a PM shift differential of 10% and a Night differential of 17%.
