Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
Starting at $35+/Hour | Full-Time Contract | Evening Shift

13-week contract

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Work closely with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and state regulations.

Requirements

• Current and valid NY State LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
