Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Flexible Shifts - Full Time / Part Time

Pay: $30/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, ensuring their health and comfort are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide support to promote resident well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare safety and infection control standards.

Requirements

• Current and valid New York State LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or similar setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
