Job Description

Join a specialized nephrology outpatient team in a weekday-only travel assignment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic and providing hands-on patient care.

Position Overview

• Profession: LPN
• Specialty: Outpatient Clinic – Nephrology
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• No weekends

Minimum Requirements

• Active NY LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
• BLS certification
• EPIC experience required
• Outpatient/ambulatory clinic experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Comfortable working collaboratively with the healthcare team
• Experience with rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Experience administering injections
• Skills in medication reconciliation, telephone triage, follow-up calls, specimen labeling, and patient history/allergy documentation preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
