Job Description

VNA Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Needham team for a 24 - 40-hour weekday schedule conducting Home Health visits. No prior Home Health experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. The LPN will work in and around Newton, Wellesley, Needham, offering care and support to patients in need.

Pay Range: $32.69 - $47.60, plus mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

- Completion of an LPN Program is required.

- Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

- Work 3 to 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, between 8a-4:30p, with no weekend shifts.

- Provide care and assistance to patients with various medical needs, including but not limited to wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, and diabetes.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program, work with a preceptor in the field for 6-8 weeks, and receive support from an Educator while learning time management and the EMR system; Home Care Home Base.
