Pay Rate: Starting at $30.00/visit (Weekly pay + Daily Pay options available)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Ohio LPN scope of practice.
• Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support, and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Ohio IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background screening via the Ohio AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
