The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about providing hands-on patient care while supporting individuals and families through every stage of the hospice journey.
As a Hospice LPN, you'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled nursing care, monitor patient needs, and help ensure patients receive the comfort, dignity, and support they deserve.
