Shifts Available:We have PRN shifts available within our Home Care division providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Compensation: For this position, the hourly rate is $35.00 per hour.

In this role, you will:

• LPNs can expect to be working in our Westminster facilities with their own individual full caseloads providing floor coverage.
• Assist in planning resident care by following physician orders.
• Implement resident care based on physician orders.
• Evaluate care and communicate with doctors for updates of orders.
• Administer medication, IVs, give shots, update patient records, provide emotional support, patient education, basic diagnostics, and other patient procedures for residents.
• Receive and transcribe orders from attending physicians.
• Monitor blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure when necessary.
• Respond to all emergencies.
• Schedule doctor’s appointments and coordinate transportation for the residents. Includes scheduling labs and transcribing lab results.
• Assist patients/residents with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other resident needs.

Qualifications you possess:

• Current Florida LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• One year of long-term care desirable
