Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a meaningful difference in your patients’ lives? Join our High Technology Nursing team, where you’ll provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care to adults and children with complex medical conditions that require continuous, specialized attention. Our nurses rotate through care, so you will never be required to work longer than your scheduled 8, 10, or 12 hr shift.
Our nurses care for patients who depend on advanced medical technology and equipment—helping them live safely and comfortably at home. You’ll have the flexibility to choose day or night shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour schedules, so your career fits your life.
While you’ll work independently in the home, you’ll never be alone—your team and clinical manager are always just a phone call away We believe in supporting our nurses with a thorough preceptorship, hands-on training, and ongoing professional development so you can feel confident, capable, and cared for.

Deliver direct nursing care to medically complex patients in their homes
Monitor and manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and feeding tubes
Administer medications and perform skilled technical nursing procedures
Support and educate families on safe home care practices and daily activities
Assist with exercise, physical therapy routines, and mobility care
Collaborate with a dedicated, high-performing nursing team
Experience with high-tech nursing procedures is preferred but not required—we’ll train you!
💰 $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time external applicants (terms apply)
$6,000 relocation bonus for those relocating 120+ miles from previous work location
💵 Shift Differentials: Evening, Night, and Weekend pay ranging from $2–$5.20/hour

Current LPN license in the state of Vermont (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, public health, or high-tech nursing preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
On-call: Not required
Schedule: Flexible days or nights; some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
Environment: Autonomous home health (in the clients' home) nursing with full team support
