Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes promptly
  • Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
  • Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and appropriate interventions

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
