University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Westland, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being through professional and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and document observations accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards for patient care.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health care or a similar nursing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
