As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include:
Assessing residents' needs and changes in condition
Providing nursing care according to individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Supervising CNAs and other nursing personnel
Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Following applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
Promoting a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately

Our 3-month Long-Term Care New Nurse Residency is designed to help newly licensed nurses transition into long-term care with confidence. You will receive structured onsite mentorship and participate in the Geri-Res residency curriculum while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
