We offer a range of LPN opportunities at Heights at Mount View, including permanent, temporary, and casual roles. Flexible scheduling options are available, including shorter shifts, with a mix of day and evening schedules to suit your availability.
*There are currently various Part-time and Casual opportunities available.
About You
You’re a compassionate and reliable LPN whose calm presence and professionalism create a sense of safety for residents and teammates alike. You bring strong clinical knowledge and genuine empathy to your work. You're a natural collaborator, communicator, and advocate for those in your care. Your attention to detail, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and respect for every individual make you an asset to any care team.
Under the Master Collective Agreement, you'll enjoy competitive wages, extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities. Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35
