We are searching for an energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Worcester residential area of Massachusetts. This per diem position offers a rate of $37 per visit in addition to the Benefits shown below. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities (Included, not limited to)

• Wound care
• Medication management
• Catheter management
• Diabetic Care
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Visits can range from basic wellness visits to education on disease management, follow up on MD visits and ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, etc.

Job Requirements

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

• Candidates must have MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
