Your Mission:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
Coordinate and administer medications, adhering to the 5 rights of medication administration.
Be a compassionate companion to our residents, providing comfort and support.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our resident care areas.
Play a crucial role in our quality assurance program, ensuring excellence in care.

What We're Looking For:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state.
At least six (6) months as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility.
