Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Small, friendly Long-Term Care unit (max 17 residents)
Low nurse-to-patient ratio
Support from ED staff when needed
Easy-to-use Athena EMR
Flexible scrub colors—just clean and professional
Active LPN License
2+ years recent experience
BLS Certification
COVID exemptions accepted (medical & religious)
