
1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Plainville High School - 15 hours per week
1:1 nursing services for a student with complex medical needs 3 days week for 5 hours per day. Additional hours may be available based on the student and district needs.
Knowledge of first aid, crisis response, and medication administration, use of oxygen in schools is required. Duties may involve lifting, including use of a hoyer lift, hygiene needs, mobility support, and physical management. Experience with state health regulations, medically complex students, and special education documentation is preferred. This role also includes supporting the student with academic/functional skills tasks and use of assistive technology tools under the direction of special education certified staff.
Hourly rate is $37.18 per hour.
