Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care - EVENINGS - $35 an hour!

Contract Position

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide quality care to residents in a supportive environment. This will be evening shit working every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and monitor residents’ health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current and valid New York State LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
