LPN – Long‑Term Care Contract | Worland, WY

Contract Overview

• Location: Worland, Wyoming
• Setting: Long‑Term Care
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 48 hours per week
• Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,046

Position Summary

We are seeking a committed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long‑term care contract in Worland, WY. This role is ideal for an LPN who is confident working in a long‑term care environment and looking for a stable, full‑time assignment with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility support
• Maintain accurate and timely charting
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high‑quality resident care

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Wyoming or compact)
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred
• Ability to work and maintain a 48‑hour weekly schedule
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
