We are seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13‑week contract assignment in Walsenburg, CO. This role is ideal for an LPN who is confident working night shifts and committed to delivering high‑quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment.
Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Support patients with daily care needs and clinical tasks
Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
Active LPN license
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working night shifts
Previous experience in a similar setting preferred
