Are you an experienced nurse looking for a rewarding one-on-one private duty opportunity? Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate clinician to provide overnight care for a client in Long Valley, NJ.
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Overnight Shifts
This private duty case requires a nurse who is confident providing skilled nursing care in the home. The ideal candidate has experience with seizure monitoring, PEG tube feedings, medication administration, and providing total care in a home setting.
Provide one-on-one overnight nursing care.
Monitor for seizure activity and changes in condition.
Administer overnight PEG tube feedings using a feeding pump.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and incontinence care.
Assist with mobility and wheelchair use as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Communicate effectively with the family and the clinical team to ensure quality care.
$45.00 per hour
Flexible overnight scheduling
One-on-one patient care with no patient ratios
Supportive clinical leadership
High-quality private duty cases
Active New Jersey nursing license (RN or LPN, depending on case requirements)
Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience
Experience with seizure disorders and PEG tube care preferred
Current BLS Certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray as required
MMR and other required immunization documentation
