Profile Description: Promotes health and healing, and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for residents in Long Term Care.
Performs routine procedures such as recording vital signs and administering medications while also providing specialized treatments for progressive and chronic conditions. Provides educational and emotional assistance to residents and family members. Assesses residents and develops, implements, reviews and evaluates resident plans of care.
