Now Hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Immediate Start

Affirmed Home Care, New Jersey’s premier concierge private home care agency, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for an immediate start assignment in Readington Township, NJ (Hunterdon County) This is a stable, consistent case providing one-on-one care in a home setting where your clinical skills and professionalism are highly valued.

Location: Readington Township, NJ
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start: ASAP
Requirement: Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clinical Need: G-tube experience required

This is a meaningful opportunity to provide focused, high-quality care without the demands of a facility setting. You will work directly with a patient in a supportive home environment where continuity of care is essential.

Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in acute care, long-term care, or home care
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• G-tube experience required
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
