Key Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Provide expert nursing care in alignment with established procedures and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring detailed documentation.
• Perform routine assessments and accurately monitor patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare processes, promoting understanding and reassurance.
• Maintain meticulous patient records utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Schedule and Shift Details

● M-F 8-5pm Monadnock Family Care

Essential Qualifications for a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Valid LPN or LVN license from the state of NH
• ANY certification such as AHA BLS, AHA ACLS or ARC BLS
• At least one year of experience in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine or Human Resources
• Proficient use of EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on compassion and patience.
