The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Envision Unlimited plays a vital role in assessing and addressing the medical, health, and safety needs of clients within assigned community living program(s). Under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse, the LPN conducts client assessments, documents medical needs and interventions, monitors medication regimens, and collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure client well-being.
