Assistwith medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.

Education and/or Experience
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Active and unencumberedLicensed Vocational/Practicalnurselicense in state(s) of employmentrequired
Preferred within30 daysof hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
