Mass Bay Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic position in Plymouth, MA There is also help needed at the Marshfield, MA location.

Full-time availability is preferred, with 40 hours per week available. Candidates with 20+ hours of availability over 3 days per week will also be considered.

Caseload:

The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses. The clinic primarily focuses on general orthopedics with some post-surgical and neuro cases The patient population spans all ages

Full-time PTs should strive to treat around 55 patients per week

Schedule / Hours:

The clinic hours are:

• Mon - Thursday 8 AM - 7 PM
• Fri 8 AM - 4 PM

The actual work schedule and hours for this position will be mutually determined based on candidate availability and the clinic's needs. The candidate hired should expect to work 3 earlier shifts and 2 later shifts Working 4 days a week at 10 hours per day is also available.

Compensation and Benefits:

Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience. A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $75,000 The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligible or currently licensed in Massachusetts for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• 1 year of outpatient experience is preferred.
• New Grad PTs will be considered.
• Full-time is preferred; candidates with 20+ hours of availability over 3 days per week will also be considered.
