Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic (Cash-Based)

A high-demand, cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountain View is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team. This role emphasizes mastery over volume, with true 1:1 care, clinical autonomy, and time to deliver the best outcomes.

• Full-time preferred (40 hrs/wk), but candidates with 15+ hours/week are considered

Caseload / Patient Population:

• General orthopedic patients in a fully cash-based setting

• Private treatment rooms with full gym access

• Active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals

• Full-time caseload: ~28 patients/week

• All visits are 1:1, 60-minute sessions

• AI-supported documentation

• Extra $100 per patient treated beyond the 28-visit threshold

• Specialty development and certification encouraged

Compensation:

• Full-Time Base: $105,000–$135,000

• Total Potential: Up to $165,000 with commissions

• Part-Time Rate: $45–$60/hour

• $4,000 referral bonus for referring a hired PT

Requirements:

• Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
