A high-demand, cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in San Jose is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team. This role is designed for clinicians who want mastery, not volume—offering true 1:1 care, full clinical autonomy, and time to deliver your best work.

• Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week), candidates with 15+ hours/week considered

• New graduate PTs encouraged

Caseload / Patient Population:

• General orthopedic patients in a cash-based outpatient clinic

• Private treatment rooms with full gym access

• Active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals

• Full-time caseload: ~28 patients/week

• All visits are 1:1, 60-minute sessions

• AI-supported documentation to reduce admin time

• $100 bonus for each patient treated beyond 28 visits

• Support to develop a specialty area or advanced certification

Compensation:

• Full-Time Base: $105,000 – $135,000

• Total Potential: Up to $165,000 with commissions

• Part-Time Rate: $45 – $60/hour

• $4,000 referral bonus for referring a hired PT

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred

• Clinicians with a strong desire for learning and mastery encouraged

• New grads welcome
