Licensed Physical Therapist - Kingston, New York
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in community and residential settings. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery while helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional performance
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
- Ensure compliance with professional practice standards and regulatory requirements
- Promote patient safety and positive treatment outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload
Preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation, community-based care, or related clinical settings
- Experience working with adult and senior populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation practices
