HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit therapy team serving two well-regarded senior living communities in Madison County, Indiana. This full-time position offers 30–40 hours per week, with the OT providing evaluation and treatment services at both locations each day. Daily scheduling will be based on caseload and staffing needs at each facility.
The primary location in Elwood is an 84-bed community offering a variety of clinical experiences, including rehab-to-home, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. The secondary location, a 34-bed care center in Summitville, provides skilled care and short-term rehabilitation. Both communities feature therapy gyms equipped with updated equipment. The two facilities are approximately 15 minutes apart, and drive time and mileage between locations are compensated.
