Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) – Full Time
HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community located in Fort Wayne. This OTA will work with a diverse population including assisted/independent living, memory care, short term rehab, and long-term care -- addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents in a supportive environment.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
