• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of administrator experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in long-term care.

Responsibilities:

• Directs the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and Nexion policies.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, quality of care, and resident satisfaction requirements.
• Provides leadership and oversight to all department heads and facility staff.
