Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will serve in a leadership capacity, overseeing both the clinical and administrative operations of the facility.

• Providing overall supervision and direction for all facility staff and personnel
• Overseeing daily operations, including financial management, resident care services, and facility coordination
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards of care
• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and support staff, to promote collaboration and operational efficiency
• Maintaining a high standard of quality care and a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff

Requirements

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

• Must have a valid and current LNHA in the State of Illinois.
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years or more experience as a nursing home administrator.
• RN or MD preferred.
• A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others.
• Highly developed leadership skills.
