Dove Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our beautiful, modern campus in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This unique opportunity puts you at the helm of a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, supported by a stable and successful management team.

The Opportunity

As Administrator, you'll provide overall leadership and direction for both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living residence. You'll have a meaningful impact on residents, families, employees, and the broader Eau Claire community.

Required Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or comparable healthcare experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees at various levels
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently assess situations and make informed decisions

Preferred Experience

• Previous nursing home administrator experience
• Experience overseeing skilled nursing and/or assisted living operations
• A passion for developing strong teams and delivering an exceptional resident experience
