At MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching, we believe clients deserve to feel seen, understood, and respected in therapy.
We are expanding our clinician team to more closely reflect the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, varied perspectives, and demonstrated experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.
MySpectrum is a practice, not a platform. Our clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive the operational support they need while maintaining the clinical independence necessary to provide excellent care. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Compensation: Production-based. Clinicians receive 60% of the applicable contracted payer rate for each completed, billable session. Compensation is based on the contracted payer rate rather than the amount ultimately collected from insurance or clients. Clinicians are paid biweekly based on completed, billed sessions.
Estimated earnings are based on MySpectrum's average contracted rates for completed sessions. Actual earnings will vary based on caseload, payer mix, services provided, cancellations, no-shows, and other factors affecting completed billable sessions.
Representation matters. Cultural understanding matters. Most importantly, the right therapeutic connection matters. If you want to help clients find care where they feel genuinely understood, we would love to hear from you.

At MySpectrum, we believe that mental health, substance use, and any issue we face as human beings exists on a continuum and will work with each client on their individual needs. We are an inclusive setting where each person has a voice, to include our valued team members. Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work, and at MySpectrum, we want the experience for our team and clients to be unlike any other with the goal of reducing stigma associated with receiving help. It's about the relationship above all else.
