Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (Child and Adolescent)

Location: Alpharetta, GA (In-person required)

Compensation: $65,000-$95,000/year (combined salary + incentives)

Employment type: W-2 Employee, Full-Time

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling
• Responsible for maintaining communication regarding treatment progress to referral sources and providing aftercare plans and follow-up care
• Ensuring the proper care of clients as mandated by the provider’s ethical guidelines and in coordination with other treating professionals
• Ensuring proper and timely documentation of services provided
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required
• Licensed as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Georgia and in good standing with the Licensing Board.
• Ability to work a minimum of 27 clinical hours (Full-time)
• Ability to work at our Alpharetta office
