Massage Therapist Responsibilities

• Design customized treatment plans based on individual client needs
• Create exceptional guest experiences through professionalism and positivity
• Build repeat clientele by educating guests on memberships and wellness benefits
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and shared spaces

Massage Therapist Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania massage therapy license
• Active liability insurance
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
• Experience with other modalities preferred but not required:
  • Deep Tissue
  • Trigger Point
  • Myofascial
  • Neuromuscular
  • Prenatal
  • Craniosacral
  • Reiki
• A genuine belief in the healing power of massage therapy and bodywork
