Job Responsibilities

• Customize treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
• Deliver consistent, high-quality massage services
• Educate guests on memberships and encourage referrals
• Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming treatment space
• Collaborate with a team focused on exceptional client care

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)
• Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency in Swedish massage (additional modalities a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow (training available in deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, Reiki, and more)
• Passion for wellness and helping others
