Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Texas Massage Therapist License.
• Carry or obtain massage therapy liability insurance.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs and wellness goals.
• Deliver exceptional therapeutic experiences that encourage repeat visits and long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients on recommended services, enhancements, and wellness plans.
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and organization in treatment rooms and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create an outstanding spa experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License required.
• Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients feel their best.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
