Hand and Stone San Scripps massage therapists receive the support to expand their knowledge, professionalism, and career in any direction they choose. How our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing:

• Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
• Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
• Generate return clientele by excellent service and suggesting memberships as part of a treatment plan.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.

Team Member Essentials:

• An active CAMTC
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Expert skill in Swedish Massage.
• Interest in hot and salt stone massage, cupping, Theragun and use of CBD
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Oncology and Deep Tissue) Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
