The Prequalified Life & Wealth Coordinator plays a key role in connecting clients with the right advisor by managing the prequalification process for our Life and Wealth Program. This position is responsible for contacting clients who have previously expressed interest in Life or Wealth products during an interaction with one of our Licensed Insurance Representatives. Through proactive outbound calls, the Coordinator gathers additional information to better understand each client’s needs, ensures opportunities meet prequalification criteria, and matches clients with the most appropriate advisor based on location for a personalized consultation. This role is instrumental in creating a seamless client experience while supporting Advisor productivity and sales growth

How you will create impact:

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients who have requested information about Life or Wealth products.
  • Complete a prequalification assessment to understand the client’s needs, goals, and eligibility.
  • Accurately document client interactions and prequalification details
  • Search for and assign qualified leads to the most appropriate Life or Wealth Advisor
  • Send confirmation emails to both the client and the assigned advisor office, ensuring all relevant information is communicated clearly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce and PolicyCenter.
  • Provide a positive, professional, and client-focused experience during every interaction.

  • Experience using Salesforce and PolicyCenter (or similar CRM and policy administration systems) is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time.
  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

Expected salary range $38,007 - $63,345

​The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.​

​Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
