Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for educating and helping clients understand their insurance options
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Team-oriented attitude and a drive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients, resolving inquiries with empathy and expertise
• Educate policyholders on coverage details, policy changes, and insurance solutions to help them make informed decisions
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services, building stronger client relationships
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to client satisfaction and professional growth
