This is a fast-paced, service-focused role where you’ll help residents navigate their renters insurance policies with confidence ,while RealPage covers the cost of your insurance licensing and provides hands-on training to set you up for success.

As a Licensed Insurance Agent I, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents calling in for help with their insurance policies. You’ll handle:
High-volume inbound calls (50–80/day, peak seasons can be back-to-back)
Policy servicing transactions including payments, billing questions, rewrites, and edits
Website navigation and basic troubleshooting
Select claims and coverage inquiries (within scope)
Accurate documentation of every interaction in RealPage’s proprietary CRM
Evaluating payment options and alternative arrangements when needed
Delivering a high level of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
RealPage will:
Pay for pre-licensing education (52+ hours of self-paced learning completed during work hours)
Cover up to two exam attempts
Pay for licensing, renewals, and reimburse most continuing education costs
Support you through fingerprinting and background requirements
You must obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License within 30 days of hire.
Schedule Expectations
Full-time, hourly role
Flexible scheduling within Contact Center hours
Saturday shifts required (2–3 Saturdays per 4-week schedule period)
Overtime may be required during peak business needs
Preference for Central or Eastern time zones (varied shift options including 9–6, 10–7, 11–8, 12–9 CT)
