The Opportunity
We are seeking a licensed, passionate, and knowledgeable Esthetician to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is results-focused, sales-savvy, and thrives on helping guests achieve their best skin through advanced, medical-grade facial treatments.
What You'll Do
- Perform customized facial treatments using medical-grade products
- Recommend upgraded services and home care based on individual skin needs
- Perform waxing services and maintain Dermaplane certification
- Attend vendor trainings and continuing education to stay current on techniques and products
- Document treatments accurately and follow up with guests
- Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, upscale guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Current esthetician license
- 2+ years of experience in a spa or clinical setting
- Proven retail sales performance
- Strong consultation and guest communication skills
- Weekend availability only - both Saturday and Sunday
What Success Looks Like
- Maintaining a 30%+ rebooking rate
- Meeting or exceeding a 20% retail-to-service ratio
- Becoming a trusted skincare advisor guests return to again and again

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
